华盛顿9月16日电（路透社）——美国众议院周三通过一项全面的制裁与关税法案，旨在因俄罗斯2022年入侵乌克兰而加大对其经济施压。该法案由南卡罗来纳州联邦参议员、共和党人林赛·格雷厄姆与数十名其他议员在2022年提出，距今已近一年半。
共和党掌控的众议院以262票赞成、159票反对通过了该法案。

WASHINGTON, Sept 16 (Reuters) – The U.S. House of Representatives passed on Wednesday a sweeping sanctions and tariff bill intended to increase economic pressure on Russia over its 2022 invasion of Ukraine, nearly 1-1/2 years after the late U.S. Senator Lindsey Graham, a South Carolina Republican, introduced it with dozens of other senators.
The Republican-majority House voted 262 to 159 in favor of the bill.
