Sept 15 (Reuters) – U.S. ​Attorney General Todd Blanche on Tuesday told ​reporters the Department ​of Justice would investigate “anybody ⁠associated” with AI if ​they violated the ​law.

“As far as AI is concerned, there’s a lot ​of criminal laws,” ​Blanche told reporters at the ‌White ​House. “So if anybody associated with AI violates criminal law, we’ll investigate ​that.”

Fox News Digital confirmed Tuesday that the Kennedy Center board voted to immediately close the main building of the Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts in Washington, D.C., citing safety and funding concerns.

President Donald Trump said shortly after the vote that the board agreed “almost unanimously” to close the building for safety reasons and begin the process of reconstruction.

Trump said the closure will take effect immediately, but renovation and reconstruction will not begin until the D.C. Circuit rules in the ongoing dispute over the board’s proposed use of his name at the Kennedy Center. He said Justice Department attorneys will seek an expedited appeal.

Trump also said $17 million he raised has been deposited into the Kennedy Center’s account “to keep it afloat.”

Two additional sources told Fox News the board approved the closure during a special meeting.

Earlier Tuesday, U.S. District Judge Christopher Cooper blocked the board from putting Trump’s name on the building or renaming the grounds “President Donald J. Trump Plaza,” ruling that such memorials require congressional approval.

“As the main building closes for urgent renovations — long overdue and desperately needed to protect the safety of patrons, artists and staff — the Center remains committed to pursuing a safe and efficient renovation through all legal means,” Daravi said in a statement to Fox News Digital. “We intend to appeal today’s Court ruling and move forward with recognizing Chairman President Trump’s historic contributions to the revitalization of America’s Cultural Center.”

The closure comes less than two weeks after part of the Kennedy Center ceiling collapsed during a rainstorm.

Kennedy Center spokesperson Roma Daravi told Fox News Digital at the time that the structural failure demonstrated the “urgent need” for renovations and blamed “decades of neglect and deferred maintenance.”

Trump said Tuesday morning that a security guard had passed through the area only shortly before the ceiling collapsed, and argued that the incident only demonstrated the building’s safety problems.

“A security guard had just passed the area, one minute prior to this ceiling collapse,” President Trump said in his Truth post. “He was, therefore, 60 seconds away from certain death.”

The Grand Foyer slab that fell roughly 60 feet during the recent structural failure weighed more than 150 pounds, according to information obtained by Fox News Digital.

It was not immediately clear how long the Kennedy Center will remain closed or how Tuesday’s court ruling could affect the closure.

WASHINGTON, Sept 15 (Reuters) – Republican U.S. Representative Thomas Massie filed articles of impeachment against Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth on Tuesday, accusing him of abusing his ​office by executing an order for hostilities against Iran without approval by Congress.

The ‌impeachment resolution is unlikely to pass, but the maneuver by the Kentucky Republican could force a vote in the chamber that could be difficult for some of his fellow Republicans ​as they prepare to leave Washington before November’s midterm elections.

“The entire Department ​is unified behind the Secretary’s vision and will continue working ⁠to put our warfighters and America first,” Pentagon press secretary Kingsley Wilson said ​in an emailed statement.

Massie filed his articles of impeachment against Hegseth as privileged, meaning ​the House must take them up within two legislative days.

Massie, an outspoken critic of the war on Iran and aid to Israel, is not up for reelection. He lost his primary ​in May to a candidate backed by Republican President Donald Trump after Massie angered ​the president by leading a push to release Justice Department files tied to the late sex ‌offender ⁠Jeffrey Epstein.

Massie was defeated by Ed Gallrein, a former Navy SEAL backed by Trump and bolstered by heavy spending by pro-Israel groups.

Polls show the war that began with February 28 attacks on Iran by U.S. and Israeli forces is unpopular ​with voters. Members ​of Congress, mostly ⁠Democrats, have voted repeatedly in favor of resolutions calling on Trump to end the conflict unless he obtains congressional support, but ​they have not led to a cessation of hostilities.

Opinion polls ​show that ⁠Trump’s Republicans face an uphill struggle to keep their control of the House and Senate when voters go to the polls on November 3.

Reuters/Ipsos poll results released on Monday showed ⁠Democrats ​lead Republicans 44% to 37% in congressional vote ​preference.

Trump’s popularity has declined since he launched the war, which has disrupted oil shipments and pushed fuel ​prices near record highs, hitting U.S. household finances.

Fed expected to hike interest rates for first time since 2023. See what it means for your money.

Borrowing is likely to get more expensive for Americans, and soon, according to economists.

The Federal Reserve is expected to raise its benchmark interest rate on Wednesday for the first time in more than three years as the central bank battles stubborn inflation fueled by high energy prices. Some Wall Street forecasters also pencil in one or two additional rate hikes over the next several months.

Despite President Trump’s repeated calls for lower interest rates, many economists predict that Fed officials will raise the federal funds rate by 0.25 percentage points at its Sept. 16 meeting. Inflation remains well above the central bank’s 2% annual target, with the Consumer Price Index rising at an annual pace of 3.4% in August.

Interest rate hikes are the Fed’s most potent tool for quashing inflation because businesses and consumers respond by pulling back on spending, cooling the economy and tempering price increases as demand slows.

With little U.S. progress toward ending the Iran war, some economists predict that high energy prices may stick around for months, which could push the Fed to further tighten monetary policy as it seeks to curb inflation.

“If everything stays the same and energy prices remain elevated and the economy remains pretty strong, there’s good reason to expect maybe another hike or two beyond this week,” Brandon Zureick, chief economist at wealth management firm Johnson Investment Counsel, told CBS News. “We’re not expecting a repeat of 2022, when the Fed was really fighting inflation that was much, much higher.”

Inflation reached a 40-year peak of 9.1% in June 2022, spurring the Fed into a series of 11 rate hikes that raised its benchmark rate from near zero to a range of 5.25% to 5.5% by July 2023. That was the last time the central bank raised borrowing costs, and since then the Fed has either cut or held rates steady.

When is the Fed meeting?

The Federal Reserve will announce its decision at 2 p.m. ET on Sept. 16. The announcement will be followed by a press conference with Fed Chairman Kevin Warsh at 2:30 p.m.

The Federal Open Market Committee, the central bank’s rate-setting panel, will also release its quarterly Summary of Economic Projections on Wednesday. The release includes FOMC officials’ forecasts for inflation, GDP growth and other economic measures.

What is the Fed likely to do on interest rates?

CME FedWatch, which forecasts the likelihood of rate hikes based on 30-day Fed funds futures prices, puts the probability of a 0.25 percentage-point rate hike on Wednesday at roughly 90%. That would increase the federal funds rate — what banks charge each other for short-term loans — to a target range of 3.75% to 4%.

The bigger question is whether a rate increase this week could be the first of a series of hikes as the Fed tries to rein in inflation, as some economists expect, given inflationary pressures from the Iran war. Diesel prices hit a record high of $6.27 a gallon on Tuesday, while gasoline has jumped 18 cents a gallon over the last week, and reached $4.33 on Tuesday, according to AAA.

“The debate has shifted from ‘if’ to ‘how much’ tightening this cycle will require to restore price stability,” Seema Shah, chief global strategist at Principal Asset Management, said in an email. “After five years of above-target inflation, ongoing trade disruptions, $100+ per barrel oil prices and rising inflationary pressures from the AI capex buildout, a one-and-done hiking approach is unlikely.”

It’s still possible the Iran war could conclude quickly, which would ease energy prices and bypass additional rate hikes, Zureick said. Because of that uncertainty, predicting the path of inflation — and the Fed’s response — is difficult, he added.

What would a rate hike mean for borrowers?

Banks are likely to raise their interest rates on credit cards and other lending products, although a single 0.25 percentage-point increase might not significantly raise borrowing costs.

“Cardholders should expect their credit card’s APR to rise a quarter-point in the next couple of months following the Fed’s move,” Matt Schulz, the chief consumer finance analyst at LendingTree, told CBS News. “Unfortunately, the higher rate will apply to current balances as well as future purchases.”

A rate increase this week would add only “a dollar or two” to the monthly bills of people carrying credit card balances, he said. But “if you’re already struggling with card debt, any increase is unwelcome,” Schulz said.

By contrast, a rate hike might hold down longer-term interest rates that consumers pay for things like mortgages. That’s because mortgage rates tend to track the 10-year Treasury bill, whose yields have surged in recent weeks as investors question the Fed’s commitment to lowering inflation. When inflation is elevated, investors typically demand higher yields in exchange for owning longer-duration bonds.

What would a Fed rate hike mean for savers?

Although rising interest rates boost borrowing costs, they also mean juicier returns for savers.

“It means better returns on high-yield savings accounts and CDs,” Schulz told CBS News. “Returns aren’t at the record levels we saw a couple of years ago, but they’re still strong by historical standards, and a rate hike means they’re only going to get better in the near future.”

What would a rate hike mean for investors?

Fed rate movements can cause volatility in financial markets. For example, when the Fed began ratcheting up interest rates in 2022 as the economy was rebounding from the pandemic, the S&P 500 fell 18%.

At the time, however, investors were caught off guard by the Fed’s aggressive response, while the market today has already priced in a series of hikes, Zureick said.

“It would have to be something orders of magnitude more than what the market’s expecting, which at this point we think is fairly unlikely,” he said.

Zureick advises investors to focus on diversification to ensure their portfolios can weather various challenges.

“Have a well-diversified portfolio that can withstand different environments, including international stocks, small and mid-cap stocks,” he said. “As interest rates have risen, that’s made bond portfolios more and more attractive as well.”

And don’t try to time the market, he added. “Steady is always good advice,” he said. “Don’t necessarily react to short-term news.”

EXCLUSIVE: Vice President JD Vance energized Republicans during a huddle on Capitol Hill Tuesday where he urged lawmakers to “kick a–” in the 49 days before the midterm elections, according to audio obtained by Fox News Digital from a person in the room.

He wants members of Congress who are on the campaign trail to tell Americans how Trump administration’s policies benefit them daily.

“There’s people out there right now whose lives are going to get better, or their lives are going to get worse based on whether we’re in the majority or whether we’re in the minority,” Vance told the Republican lawmakers in spelling out the stakes of the 2026 midterms.

“There are going to be people who are going to be poorer. Who are going to be less able to afford their prescription drugs, who are going to be less safe in the homes in their neighborhoods if the other guys get the majority,” he continued. “And there are people who are going to be able to walk down the street in safety if you guys keep the majority. If we keep the majority together.”

Specifically, Vance told incumbents to hammer home the issue of crime, noting that the homicide rate has reached a 126-year low. Vance explained that in a country of 330 million people, that crime stat translates to “thousands of people,” including mothers and fathers, who are coming home to their families instead of being victims of deadly crimes.

“There are tens of thousands of children who will come home tonight and work on their homework with mom or dad, rather than a stranger, because of what we’ve been able to do in supporting law enforcement,” Vance said in the closed-door meeting.

“This is not an abstraction, ladies and gentlemen,” the vice president continued. “This is not about what you see on CNN or Fox News. This is not whether someone with an ‘R’ or a ‘D’ next to their name wins. This is about whether the American people in this country that we love have a government that they deserve, that protects them, that fights for them, or whether they have a government that treats them as a means to end.”

Fox News Digital caught up with some lawmakers after the meeting.

One House Republican granted anonymity to speak candidly told Fox News Digital the meeting was “a pep rally for the midterms. It was about raising money, showing up, making sure that everybody’s all hands on deck going into November.”

“I think he did a great job,” Rep. Tim Burchett, R- Tenn., assessed. “He’s very good. He’s very personable.”

“He’s got some kind of voodoo thing going on where he remembers everybody’s dadgum name,” Burchett told Fox News Digital. “It kind of freaks me out a little bit. But, I mean, every time I’ve run into him — I remember one time I was waiting in line to go to the bathroom and he walked out of the bathroom. ‘Hey, Tim, what’s going on?’ I invited him to a [University of Tennessee] game.”

Vance offered some campaign tips to the lawmakers while ribbing the political consulting class for sometimes being out of touch, and saying “the American people are not dumb.”

He said voters understand President Donald Trump and his administration inherited problems, including inflation, massive debt and “a country that was weaker on the national stage.”

“They know that Rome wasn’t built in a day,” he said.

The vice president directed members to “pound the pavement” in their home districts to personally connect with as many voters as possible.

Just as importantly, Vance said, Republicans in safe districts who have no real opposition from the left should contribute money to the campaigns of fellow Republicans who are in competitive districts.

“So here’s the thing, this is not rocket science. You guys know this better than I do, you know your districts better than I do,” Vance said . “We know that most voters, particularly the voters who are open-minded, who are not hardcore partisans, they don’t really start paying attention to the election until right about now.”

Vance also spoke fondly of when late Republican Sen. Lindsey Graham of South Carolina joined him in Ohio while he was campaigning for the Senate in 2022.

“I’ll never forget this,” said Vance. ” Lindsey Graham comes out — I didn’t know Lindsey Graham at all, and you guys know how the campaign trail is in the final stretches. You wake up in a crappy hotel, you haven’t seen your wife, your kids in a few days, and it’s a lot more fun when you have some company out there.”

“You’re telling jokes, you’re enjoying it. That energy — people pick up on it. So, get out there and campaign with your friends.”

Vance recalled how Graham told him stories that had him “aching with laughter,” half of which he said he could not repeat.

One source told Fox News Digital that Vance stayed after his remarks in tacit encouragement for House Republicans to pledge more money to their campaign arm, which several did. One person said Rep. Brandon Gill, R-Texas, for example, pledged $1.1 million to the National Republican Congressional Committee (NRCC).

Speaker Mike Johnson, R-La., told reporters afterward that the meeting raised $20 million toward Republicans’ re-election efforts.

Ukraine’s Zelenskyy tells CBS News Russia tried to attack his plane with drones twice in recent weeks

Kyiv— Russia targeted the plane carrying Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelenskyy twice in recent weeks, Zelenskyy told CBS News in an exclusive interview on Tuesday.

“In Moldova, my presidential jet was there, and that’s why they attacked Moldova,” Zelenskyy said. “When we went back home, again through Chisinau, they did the same.”

Norwegian Prime Minister Jonas Gahr Store previously said Zelenskyy’s plane was “almost hit” by a drone in Moldovan airspace as the Ukrainian leader took off on his way to Oslo for a visit on Sept. 9, adding: “That is the reality he lives in.”

The Ukrainian leader told CBS News on Tuesday that one or two drones also entered Moldovan airspace during his return trip to Ukraine a couple days later — an incident not previously reported.

Ukrainian officials said later that all members of the presidential delegation were safe, and it was not clear at the time whether the incident was intentional. Zelenskyy said Tuesday that it was part of a Russian strategy to intimidate him and other foreign leaders.

On Sunday, a Russian drone struck a passenger train carrying foreign dignitaries on a visit to Ukraine, including senior European officials and former CIA Director David Petraeus, forcing them to evacuate near the Polish border.

“Maybe they didn’t know that some Americans had been there or maybe, oppositely, they knew, because I don’t trust them. I think that they knew,” Zelenskyy told CBS News. “That’s why, Europeans, Americans, the big delegation had been in this train, and they attacked.”

In recent months, unidentified drones — some traced back to Russia — have increasingly entered European airspace. On Tuesday, NATO fighter jets shot down a drone in Lithuanian airspace for the first time, according to The Associated Press, citing Lithuanian military officials.

The FBI has apprehended all 10 members of the FBI’s Most Wanted list during President Donald Trump’s second term, FBI Director Kash Patel revealed during an appearance in front of the Senate Judiciary Committee on Tuesday.

Sen. Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, during his opening statements as the committee’s chairman, lauded Patel and the FBI for their work in capturing nine of the 10 most wanted fugitives on the FBI’s top 10 list.

Patel, during his opening remarks, corrected Grassley, revealing that his agency had just this past weekend caught the tenth fugitive.

“Mr. Chairman, I’m proud to announce today, and I hate to correct you, we haven’t captured nine of the top 10 most wanted individuals on our list. We’ve captured 10,” Patel said.

“Just this past weekend, we captured a thug down in Venezuela who was on our most wanted list and on the run for years. He has been captured, apprehended and is on his way back to the United States of America. That’s 10 of 10. Nobody in the FBI history has done that,” Patel said.

“We, the FBI, captured more than two and a half times the number of the top 10 most wanted fugitives on the FBI’s list from the prior administration,” he also said.

While Patel did not say the name of the fugitive during the hearing, the FBI earlier revealed exclusively to Fox News Digital that the 10th capture was that of Anibal Alexander Canelon Aguirre, the FBI’s first ever “cyber fugitive.”

In addition to a clean sweep of the top 10 fugitives, Patel also revealed that his FBI has also captured six of the top 10 most wanted fraudsters on the top 10 fraudsters list, a compilation his FBI created during the current administration.

Patel also outlined the broader progress the Trump administration has made towards making the U.S. safer.

“On top of that, we’ve captured six of the most wanted fraudsters around the world, taking the murder rate down 20 points is no easy effort. It requires a team lift, state, local and international partners. This includes results in cities like Baltimore, which reached its lowest mid-year homicide numbers in recorded history,” he said.

“This year in Memphis, we accomplished a 50% reduction in homicide for a city that had the highest per capita homicide rate in the country, thanks to the president’s task force. And right here in Washington, D.C., we are on track to have the lowest homicide numbers since 1990,” Patel added.

In Washington, unlikely bedfellows like Bernie Sanders and Steve Bannon talk about making AI “humans first”

Washington— Steve Bannon, one of President Trump’s earliest advisers, and independent Sen. Bernie Sanders may stand on opposite sides of the political spectrum, but both spoke at a gathering Tuesday to press for guardrails for AI.

The two — along with a bipartisan group of members of Congress — appeared at the “Pro-Human Assembly” in Washington, D.C. They’re calling for a “human-centric” approach to developing artificial intelligence technology, and are skeptical of the AI companies leading the industry.

On Saturday, Anthropic CEO Dario Amodei called for a slowdown in the frontier AI labs, which was quickly echoed by OpenAI CEO Sam Altman and Elon Musk. Liberal and conservative members of Congress are also urging caution.

“If AI surpasses human intelligence, as many scientists believe could happen, this technology will escape human control with potentially catastrophic consequence,” Sanders said as he opened his remarks. “And perhaps the most important point that I want to leave with you this afternoon is that AI is advancing exponentially — exponentially every single day. In other words, what you are looking at right now is the least capable version of AI that we will ever have.”

Bannon, taking the stage after Sanders, applauded the senator for his speech, saying they may disagree politically and on Mr. Trump, but they’re “trying to rise above partisanship, and we have to.”

Bannon blasted the tech CEOs who have spoken out to say they need more regulations. “That’s a bald-faced lie,” Bannon said, claiming tech CEOs want to “socialize” the risk, shut out competitors and reap the financial benefits for themselves. Bannon said the companies are trying to make a “liability shift to the American people.” Bannon also said Americans, not the U.S. government, need to reap the benefits of the upside of AI, not the government.

Concern about the ability to control AI’s growth has been building. Earlier this month, AI researcher Jacob Coxon publicly resigned from Anthropic, which makes the AI app Claude, and said that artificial intelligence, while safe for people to use now, could one day threaten humanity as the technology grows more powerful.

“If you have a super advanced intelligence, it could — it will be smart enough to kill us,” Coxon told CBS News senior business and technology correspondent Jo Ling Kent. He accused Anthropic and rival developer and ChatGPT-maker OpenAI of gambling with our lives by racing to develop advanced AI models.

At the same time, though, Mr. Trump fired off seven Truth Social posts about AI throughout Monday, repeatedly calling fears over rapid AI development a “HOAX” and saying all AI needs is a strong president like him.

GOP Rep. Chip Roy, a staunch conservative from Texas, told the conference that the crux of the issue goes well beyond “raw politics.” Roy said he hears his constituents’ concerns in Texas about data centers, citing their worries about competing with data centers for water and about the noise the centers generate. But the fear goes much deeper, he said.

“They raise questions about their future. They raise questions about what it means for their children, their communities,” he said at the conference, adding, “So, the question here is, how do you harness the power of human-created technology to put — as we are here to discuss — humans first?”

CBS News polling from May shows 65% of Americans think AI will decrease jobs, and 67% of Americans think the federal government probably or certainly will not make sure AI is used in appropriate ways.

Roy said he’s been “scolded” by some of his free-enterprise Republican friends for raising these questions. He also said he disagrees with Mr. Trump, who maintains that a strong president is all that’s needed to safeguard AI. Roy also expressed skepticism about the motives of AI CEOs like Amodei.

“Might they be self-interested?” Roy said. “Might they want to corner the market and have a monopoly environment?”

AI needs to be “humans first,” Roy said. “We are not supposed to be tools for data collection and technology. That should be what drives everything that we’re thinking about going forward.”

Just before Roy spoke, Democratic Rep. Greg Casar, a progressive from Texas, took the stage and raised U.S. competitive interests remniscient of the Cold War. “We may be Americans or Soviets or Chinese, but we are still human,” Casar said. “Now just as back then, we need a pro-human approach.”

“No one can end the AI arms race. It’s up to us to end the AI arms race,” Casar said.

Rep. Lori Trahan, a Democrat from Massachusetts addressed the gathering after Roy, and took note of the bipartisanship in the room and in Congress on the issue. Trahan introduced the FRONTIER Act with Republican Rep. Jay Obernolte of California, calling for independent evaluators of frontier AI models, among other things.

“Humans are not means to artificial ends,” Trahan said. “We are ends in ourselves.”

Trahan told reporters that it makes it harder for her Republican colleagues when the leader of their party is speaking out against something that’s gaining bipartisan momentum, but she still expects movement on legislation in the weeks ahead.

Sanders on Tuesday said Congress has “been asleep at the wheel, and we now have a president whose ignorance regarding this issue is truly embarrassing.”

House Speaker Mike Johnson told reporters on Capitol Hill Tuesday that he and AI company chiefs will meet with Mr. Trump at the White House “within the next week.”

But Bannon doesn’t think Congress can fix it.

“This has to be an executive action,” he said, even as his former boss, Mr. Trump, has passionately spoken out against further regulation.

A colossal crypto regulatory package backed by President Donald Trump stumbled in the Senate, and another shot is unlikely.

The Clarity Act failed to move through a key procedural hurdle on Tuesday, serving proponents of the bill, including major players in the cryptocurrency industry and the White House, a major blow in their pursuit of folding the novel currency into the nation’s web of financial regulations.

Democrats dealt the bill a mortal blow, but a handful of Republicans with outstanding concerns were not assuaged, either. And with little time left on the Senate’s calendar and major bills piling up ahead of the midterm elections, the bill’s biggest backers believed that the Clarity Act might end up back on the shelf.

“I think we’re done. It’s over,” Sen. Cynthia Lummis, R-Wyo., the bill’s primary architect, said. “Because we’ve been working on this bill for over a year. And we’ve given them over 120 of their requests and that’s enough.”

When asked if the bill would come back to the floor, Lummis said, “Nope.”

A midnight hour update was made to the bill to try and pull anyone on the fence off to at least let the package move forward. But it wasn’t enough.

“I haven’t seen the final bill yet, but what I’ve seen is bad,” Sen. Cory Booker, D-N.J., told Fox News Digital before the vote.

The issues with the package were many and varying among Democrats and Republicans. Several Senate Democrats were not satisfied with the ethics language baked into the Clarity Act that sought to slow Trump’s family’s rapidly growing crypto empire.

That’s because Trump’s income between 2024 and 2025 erupted by about 250% — from just over $620 million to about $2.2 billion.

And much of that increase is attributed to his various holdings and ventures in crypto, which are run by his sons, Don Jr. and Eric, according to the president’s financial disclosure forms reviewed by Fox News Digital.

Others didn’t believe that the language dealing with foreign money laundering had enough teeth.

“I have not seen the kind of engagement yet from the Republican side when it comes to countering terrorist financing and cartel financing. That would get me to a yes,” Sen. Andy Kim, D-N.J., said. “I’m still engaged. I didn’t get on board with the GENIUS Act till the very last vote.”

Still, some lawmakers argued they should at least move forward with the bill to tweak it as needed.

Sen. John Cornyn, R-Texas, was still undecided before the vote. He was worried about how bringing crypto into the fold could affect deposit yields at community banks and guardrails on the currency being “diverted for criminal purposes,” but he argued the bill could be strengthened if they moved forward.

“What we used to do around here is something called legislate,” Cornyn said. “You know where you’d actually vote to get on the bill, but then you amend it, and then you decide whether you’re going to support it on the back end.”

The bill’s failure does open up the Senate to speedily move to other legislative priorities, like Sen. Ted Cruz’s, R-Texas, college sports bill to add protections to student-athletes and slow the big money train ripping through collegiate athletics.

“We committed to ensure that we got a vote on college sports,” Senate Majority Leader John Thune, R-S.D., said. “So we’ll see if we have 60 [votes]. I don’t know the answer for sure to that yet. I hope we do.”
