The Cook Political Report just shifted two Senate races in the Deep South – Mississippi and South Carolina – toward the Democrats. Dave Wasserman, Senior Editor and Elections Analyst at the Cook Political Report, tells Erin Burnett the shift means “even in reliably Republican places we’re seeing problems pop up where national Republicans have to start spending money.”
