Amb. Waltz on whether Trump and Xi will reach deal on A.I.: ‘With President Trump, I always see the opportunity’
U.S. Ambassador to the U.N. Mike Waltz tells Dana Bash, “We have never been so intertwined economically with a competitor or potential adversary like we are with the People’s Republic of China. So, it is a much more complex situation. That said, to your point of whether it is rules of the road or guidelines on diffusion on AI in a nuclear enterprise and weapons, humans in the loop, I do see space for guardrails there.”
