Savannah Guthrie pleads to her mother’s alleged kidnappers to “do the right thing” in new video

    July 27, 2026 / 2:47 PM EDT / CBS News
    By Kiki Intarasuwan

Savannah Guthrie appealed to her mother’s alleged kidnappers to “do the right thing” on Monday, saying in a new video message that her family has been living in a “nightmare that will not end.”

In her Instagram post, the “Today” show host said her family had “done our part” and would “never stop looking for” their 84-year-old mother, Nancy Guthrie, who has been missing since February.

“The world can be a cruel and unforgiving place, and I know that you have tried to do things the right way,” Savannah Guthrie said. “So I am asking you, begging you, to do the right thing now.”

She captioned the post: “bring her home.”

    View this post on Instagram

Monday’s post marks the Guthrie family’s first major public appeal regarding her mother since June 23, when Savannah Guthrie gave a teary address during her NBC show from the anchor desk.

Nancy Guthrie was reported missing on Sunday, Feb.1, after not showing up for church. The sheriff said at the time that it appeared she was abducted from her home in Tucson, Arizona.

Two ransom notes were addressed to the Guthrie family days after her disappearance, including a note that said she had died, according to authorities who believe they were likely sent by the person or group of people who abducted her.

The first note demanded millions in bitcoin for Nancy Guthrie’s release. In the second note, sent a few days later, the apparent abductors revealed that she had died. The note indicated that they did not mean for her to die, according to sources who reviewed the notes.

Andrew, Tristan Tate to seek release from US jail while fighting extradition

    2026-07-27T19:24:00.236Z / Reuters

MIAMI, July 27 (Reuters) – Social media influencers Andrew and Tristan Tate will press for their release from a U.S. jail as they fight the British government’s efforts to extradite them to face charges of rape, assault and facilitating trafficking for sexual exploitation, the brothers’ lawyers told reporters on Monday.

Andrew Tate, 39, and Tristan Tate, 38, were arrested in Miami on July 18. Britain’s Crown Prosecution Service said on July 19 it had brought new charges against the brothers relating to alleged offenses involving four alleged victims between July 2010 and August 2017.

Jumpstart your morning with the latest legal news delivered straight to your inbox from The Daily Docket newsletter. Sign up here.

The Tate brothers, both former kickboxers who have dual U.S. and British citizenship, have denied any wrongdoing. They are being held in a federal jail in Miami as a U.S. judge weighs Britain’s extradition request.

The arrests marked a new chapter in the widening legal troubles for the brothers, who have built a large online following promoting their views on masculinity and wealth. Andrew Tate has previously described himself as a misogynist.

Andrew Tate and Tristan Tate had previously faced rape and human trafficking charges in Britain related to three alleged victims, the Crown Prosecution Service said. A British judge issued a warrant for their arrests in January 2024. They have not appeared in British court to enter a plea to those charges.

Britain is seeking to extradite the brothers to face both sets of charges.

    DETENTION HEARING ON AUGUST 13

Prosecutors with the Miami U.S. Attorney’s Office said in court papers that U.S. Magistrate Judge Lauren Louis should keep the brothers detained because there was a risk they could flee and because they posed dangers to the community.

Joseph McBride, a lawyer for the Tate brothers, denied that the brothers were a flight risk, noting that they had attended their required court hearings in Romania, where they have been under criminal investigation since 2022 on human trafficking allegations.

“Innocent men don’t flee from justice. Innocent men lean in to justice because justice vindicates them at the end of the day,” McBride told reporters outside the federal courthouse in Miami after a status conference before Louis.

The brothers will file a legal motion seeking their release on bail by August 5, and a hearing over their bid for release will take place on August 13, defense lawyer Jacqueline Perczek said.

    RUBIO TO DECIDE ON EXTRADITION

The legal process for determining whether the Tate brothers may be extradited could take months. Britain has until September 16 to submit its full extradition request to the State Department, U.S. court records show.

Louis or any other judge who takes up the Tate brothers’ case would be responsible for determining whether Britain has supplied enough evidence to provide probable cause that the brothers have committed the crimes of which they are accused, prosecutors said in court papers.

It would then be up to U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio to decide whether they should be extradited, the prosecutors said.

Rubio told reporters in Manila on July 22 that he did not expect to intervene in the case for now.

“There’s no role for us to play at this moment or maybe ever,” Rubio said.

President Donald Trump on Monday renewed his push to end the nation’s twice-yearly clock changes, urging the Senate to pass Daylight Saving Time legislation.

“By the way, speaking of that, let’s get rid of Daylight Saving Time stuff,” Trump told a crowd in Michigan after an unrelated comment about clocks.

“Hopefully, the Senate’s going to approve that one. The House approved it,” he added.

The House earlier this month passed a measure that would establish year-round Daylight Saving Time nationwide. The legislation would next need to be taken up by the Senate, but its prospects remain uncertain.

Proponents of the legislation argue it would spare Americans from having to change their clocks, disrupting young children’s sleep schedules and arguably causing more seasonal depression.

But critics say it could have economic consequences, particularly for farmers who would have to wrestle with later sunrises.

Trump has long criticized the semiannual clock change, though his position on whether the country should remain on Standard Time or Daylight Saving Time year-round has shifted over time.

In May, he praised the advancement of the Sunshine Protection Act out of the House Energy and Commerce Committee, saying he’d work hard to make it law. The legislation passed the full House 308 to 117.

“I am going to work very hard to see The Sunshine Protection Act signed into Law. It’s time that people can stop worrying about the ‘Clock,’ not to mention all of the work and money that is spent on this ridiculous, twice yearly production,” Trump wrote on Truth Social at the time. “It will also be a very nice WIN for the Republican Party. Take it!”

US appeals court upholds Colorado congestion fee on rental cars

    July 27, 2026 4:14 PM UTC / Reuters

WASHINGTON, July 27 (Reuters) – The 10th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals on Monday upheld Colorado’s $3-per-day congestion impact charge ‌on rental cars, turning down a challenge from an industry group representing Avis, Hertz, Enterprise and others.

Colorado approved the fee in 2024 on rentals of 30 days or less to address the impact of rental cars on public roads. The state said the funding would support investments in transit and rail services, reducing traffic congestion.

The fee is raised annually to adjust for inflation and applies to car-sharing programs and larger vehicles like moving trucks.

The American Car Rental Association, which brought the legal challenge, did not immediately respond to a request for comment. The appeals court upheld a lower court ruling that previously found the fee legal.

At issue are laws passed by Congress since 1972 that expanded prohibitions on ‌local taxes on air passengers and air commerce to businesses located at commercial service airports and businesses. A 2018 law said local taxes could not be imposed for airport businesses unless wholly utilized for airport or aeronautical purposes.

    Advertisement · Scroll to continue

The court in a 2-1 ruling found the fee was valid since the payers are the people who rent vehicles and not car rental businesses, and added that the travelers are those who will benefit from the services provided by surface transportation infrastructure projects funded by the fee.

In March, a U.S. judge in New York said the U.S. Transportation Department’s effort to force an end to Manhattan’s congestion pricing program was illegal, a blow to President Donald Trump’s attempts to eliminate the charge.

Sen. Mitch McConnell, R-Ky., is out of the hospital and on the mend after suffering a fall last month, but he still isn’t “medically cleared” to return to the Senate.

His office on Monday released the latest update on the longtime Senate Republican, who has been absent from the upper chamber and the public eye for over a month. The Office of the Attending Physician said in a statement that McConnell “continues his recovery from a fall at home in June.”

“OAP physicians visit with the senator every day, discussing all aspects of his rehabilitation care,” the Office of the Attending Physician said. “Since his discharge from hospital care, he has maintained a strenuous course of physical therapy and rehabilitation, including multiple sessions a day designed to rebuild strength and reduce the risk of future falls.”

“His bout with childhood polio continues to be a significant factor in his mobility,” they continued. “He is not yet medically cleared to leave the rehab facility and return to the office.”

The latest update from McConnell-world comes after weeks of speculation and allegations that the longest-serving Republican leader in Senate history was dead or in a vegetative state.

McConnell’s extended absence from the Senate and murky timeline for his return come as Republicans are sprinting to clear the decks of several legislative priorities where his vote could be needed, including advancing a Russia sanctions package and confirming blockbuster nominees.

The newest release included a photo of McConnell and his wife, former Transportation Secretary Elaine Chao, taken on Sunday, along with a statement from the lawmaker where he lamented that, because of his recovery, he would not be able to attend the annual barbecue at Fancy Farm, Kentucky, which has become a staple for him and politicians to speak in the Blue Grass State.

“I’m still working hard to get back to my full schedule of work in the Senate and in Kentucky, keeping up with intense physical therapy per my doctors’ orders. Unfortunately, that means I won’t be able to make it to Fancy Farm, Kentucky this Saturday,” McConnell said.

“There’s no place I’d rather be on the first Saturday in August than with the good people of western Kentucky, feasting on pork and mutton,” he continued. “When I first attended forty-two years ago, Fancy Farm was a pretty lonely place to be a Republican. But, my, how times have changed. Today, western Kentucky is a conservative Republican sea of red. So I hate that I’ll miss the fun this year, but I’m sending my best wishes to the St. Jerome community for a successful picnic.”

“As always, I appreciate all of your continued well wishes, and I’m looking forward to getting back to the Senate and to Kentucky soon.”

His prolonged absence has prompted lawmakers in both chambers to call for more clarity and transparency about his condition and has led some to question the protocol for lawmakers going missing for months at a time.

Rep. Tom Kean, R-N.J., just came back to the House after dealing with depression for months but kept the reasons tight-lipped until his return late last month.

It also comes two weeks after the most recent official update from his office, which came the same day that the late Sen. Lindsey Graham’s death was announced. It similarly included a photo of McConnell and Chao.

His doctors noted in that update that McConnell had suffered a fall at home last month, but had not suffered fractures, broken bones, cardiac abnormalities, or a “stroke, tumor, or hemorrhage.” However, early into his hospitalization he “developed pneumonia, which responded rapidly to antibiotic treatment.”

    From US Senator Mitch McConnell

Sen. Mitch McConnell is not yet medically cleared to leave a rehab facility where he is currently undergoing physical therapy after a fall last month led to a weekslong hospitalization, according to a new statement.

The senator’s office released a statement that included an update on the 84-year old Kentucky Republican’s condition from the Office of the Attending Physician on Monday, as questions remain over his health and when he will return to the Senate.

“Senator McConnell continues his recovery from a fall at home in June,” the OAP statement said. “Since his discharge from hospital care, he has maintained a strenuous course of physical therapy and rehabilitation.”

However, the statement noted that, “He is not yet medically cleared to leave the rehab facility and return to the office.”

McConnell said in his own statement, “I’m still working hard to get back to my full schedule of work in the Senate and in Kentucky, keeping up with intense physical therapy per my doctors’ orders.”

The Republican senator said that he will not be able to attend this weekend’s Fancy Farm picnic, a major political gathering in Kentucky.

Earlier this month, McConnell announced, after weeks of speculation, that he had a fall last month that landed him in the hospital. McConnell said at the time that he had also dealt with a case of pneumonia — but that he had moved from a hospital to a rehabilitation center to continue regaining his strength.

The Office of the Attending Physician said that McConnell’s current regime includes “multiple sessions a day designed to rebuild strength and reduce the risk of future falls,” adding that “(h)is bout with childhood polio continues to be a significant factor in his mobility.”

“There’s no place I’d rather be on the first Saturday in August than with the good people of western Kentucky, feasting on pork and mutton,” McConnell said in his statement, referring to the Fancy Farm picnic.

“As always, I appreciate all of your continued well wishes, and I’m looking forward to getting back to the Senate and to Kentucky soon.”

Friend of North Carolina mom missing in Grenada describes her last known movements

    July 27, 2026 / 3:07 PM EDT / CBS News

A friend of the American woman who went missing while vacationing on the Caribbean island of Grenada said there is video that shows her last known movements.

Elizabeth Waddell was last seen July 22 on Grand Anse Beach in Grenada’s capital city, St. George’s.

Waddell’s friend and the family spokesperson, Amanda Romano-Harmon, said the Royal Grenada Police Force recovered surveillance video that shows the 44-year-old North Carolina mom going to the pier and getting into the water.

“It shows her … floating, swimming around, but then she, you know, she floats out of the camera view and so that’s the last footage of Liz,” Romano-Harmon said.

Police have not released any surveillance images related to Waddell’s disappearance.

Waddell was on a three-week vacation with her close friend Heather. According to the family, Waddell left their Airbnb around noon. When she didn’t return for hours, the family said Heather went looking for Waddell and found her towel, but no other signs of her.

“Liz had literally left in a swimsuit with a towel. She didn’t have her phone, ID, anything with her, no shoes,” said Romano-Harmon, who described the beloved physical therapist as “the type of person who’d give you the shirt off her back.”

Waddell’s husband, Cailen Waddell, along with other family members, has traveled to Grenada to help in the search.

“My wife is a loving free-spirit person. She could make friends with anyone and she often did,” Cailen Waddell told Grenadian media last week.

Police are asking boaters and residents in the area for anything they may have seen regarding Waddell.

The State Department is aware of the reports of a missing American in Grenada, a spokesperson said.

Why warnings about the US munitions stockpile look increasingly pivotal

    2026-07-27T18:02:48.273Z / CNN

Just days before the Iran war began, the United States’ top military official, Joint Chiefs of Staff Chairman Gen. Dan Caine, expressed misgivings.

One of Caine’s biggest concerns? How war with Iran could further deplete munitions stockpiles that had already been reduced by helping Ukraine and Israel in their wars in recent years, The Washington Post and CNN reported.

That warning is looking increasingly prescient and pivotal, as the Trump administration struggles to wind down a war that has lasted much longer than it previewed.

But the administration is struggling to reconcile exactly where things stand on the all-important issue of munitions.

On the one hand, it has claimed the US has more than enough munitions — even that Trump has vastly increased the munitions and that the number is “unlimited.” On the other, it has blamed the Biden administration for depleting the stockpiles and asked for a ton of money to help replenish them, while warning about shortfalls if Congress fails to provide it.

“We’re in very good shape,” Trump said Monday. “But for some of the more sophisticated stuff, we’d certainly like to have more. (Former President Joe) Biden gave a lot of it away.”

The president claimed his predecessor had given away “numbers that nobody’s ever seen before.”

US Ambassador to the United Nations Michael Waltz’s interview on NBC News’ “Meet the Press” on Sunday was also a case in point for the administration’s confusing messaging.

When asked about reporting from CNN and others that Caine had again raised concerns about the stockpile in recent days — shortly before the US paused its strikes on Iran on Friday — Waltz, like Trump, blamed the Biden administration.

“(Defense) Secretary (Pete) Hegseth inherited a depleted situation from not only Ukraine, but also the ongoing fight with the Houthis under the Biden administration, and a depleted military under the Biden administration,” Waltz said.

But when pressed by NBC’s Kristen Welker on whether he was admitting the stockpiles were indeed depleted, Waltz claimed he wasn’t.

“No, I want to be crystal clear: The US military — and I’ve verified this every which way — has everything that it needs to conduct this campaign as effectively as it needs to be,” he said.

Waltz’s comment walks a fine line.

As CNN has reported, the risk with the munitions stockpile isn’t so much that the United States won’t have enough to finish prosecuting the Iran war; it’s in how much the war might deplete the stockpile for future wars the United States might feel compelled to get involved in.

That includes exigencies like if China were to invade Taiwan. A depleted US stockpile could even embolden China to do something it might not otherwise attempt.

The administration’s confusing comments about munitions date to the earliest days of the conflict with Iran.

After multiple reports about such concerns around the time the war started, the administration dismissed the issue out of hand.

“We have massive amounts of ammunition,” Trump said on March 4.

Hegseth added March 5 that there was “no shortage of munitions” and that “our munitions are full up.”

“We have tremendous amounts of ammunition,” Trump said March 26, adding that “we’re packed.”

But even in his March 4 comments, the president also seemed to suggest — as he did Monday — that certain types of munitions could be an issue.

While he said the United States had “unlimited middle and upper ammunition,” he cast the “high end” munitions slightly differently. There, he said, “we gave away a lot of high end, but we have plenty.”

By April 21, CNN reported that classified Pentagon data aligned with a Center for Strategic and International Studies analysis showing sharp declines in some of those “high end” munitions. The analysis said the administration had used at least 45% of its Precision Strike Missiles, at least half of its THAAD missiles, almost 50% of its Patriot air defense interceptor missiles and about 30% of its Tomahawk land-attack missiles.

By April 30, Hegseth at a Senate Armed Services Committee hearing seemed to confirm it would take “months and years” to replenish certain types of munitions (before trying to emphasize the “months” rather than “years”).

At a House hearing May 12, Hegseth said the munitions issue had been “foolishly and unhelpfully overstated” in the media, saying, “We have plenty of what we need.”

But Caine was more circumspect at the same hearing. He merely said that the military had “sufficient munitions for what we’re tasked to do right now” — with the phrase “right now” potentially looming large.

By June, Hegseth told CBS’ “Face the Nation” that “our stockpiles are great, and they’re only getting stronger” — despite having said less than two months earlier that it would take months or years to replenish them.

But then, while asking Congress for more money at a Senate hearing last week, Hegseth said that without the money, “we face critical shortfalls that threaten our ability to … rapidly replenish equipment and munitions.”

At the same hearing, Appropriations Chairwoman Susan Collins in her opening statement twice cited “shortfalls” in munitions and said they had been “known to this committee for some time.” Hegseth did not correct the Maine Republican.

The munitions issue is undoubtedly a difficult one.

On the one hand, it’s potentially alarming if the administration is significantly depleting important types of high-end munitions — especially by continuing to use them in an unpopular war that doesn’t seem to be nearing an end.

It’s a bit like throwing good money after bad. And replacing those munitions, as Hegseth acknowledged at one point, isn’t just a matter of money; it’s also a matter of the time it takes to produce them.

That raises the prospect that the Iran war hasn’t just been a lost cause, but also that it has potentially harmed national security and the United States’ ability to deter nefarious foreign actors in the near-term future.

On the other hand, if the munitions are being significantly depleted, it’s not particularly helpful to the US for those foreign actors to know that.

Whatever the true state of the munitions stockpile, it’s a sleeping giant of an issue for the Trump administration.

It’s one that not only looms large over how long the administration can continue the Iran war. But it could also linger over American foreign policy whenever the war concludes.

Why Trump is suddenly threatening Iran’s last untouched nuclear site

President Donald Trump vows to ensure Iran never acquires a nuclear weapon, prompting a discussion with Mark Wallace, CEO of United Against Nuclear Iran. Wallace highlights the threat posed by Iran’s hidden ‘Pickaxe Mountain’ nuclear facility, which may contain centrifuges and enriched uranium. He emphasizes the need to neutralize this site and discusses the Iranian regime’s use of nuclear ambitions as leverage against the West.

President Donald Trump is threatening to strike Iran’s deeply buried Pickaxe Mountain nuclear facility — a site the United States previously left untouched while bombing the country’s other major nuclear sites, raising new questions about what may have changed.

Estimated to lie beneath at least 100 meters of rock near Iran’s damaged Natanz nuclear enrichment complex, Pickaxe was designed to replace an above-ground plant capable of assembling roughly 6,000 advanced centrifuges each year before it was destroyed in 2020.

Iran said the replacement would be larger, more modern and built “in the heart of the mountain.” Analysts believe the tunnels could eventually hold a centrifuge assembly line, an enrichment plant or equipment used in certain nuclear weaponization activities.

Yet the administration has not said whether it has confirmed that centrifuges were moved inside — or why a site left untouched during earlier attacks now warrants a strike. Military experts also disagree over whether airstrikes could destroy Pickaxe’s interior or merely seal its entrances temporarily.

The same depth that could protect Iran’s nuclear infrastructure may place Pickaxe’s main chambers beyond the reliable destructive reach of America’s most powerful conventional bunker-busting weapon. Bombing its exposed entrances could deny Iran access without destroying the facility or anything stored inside.

Trump said Tuesday that the United States would probably strike the area “pretty soon” and “very heavily.”

His warning came after The Wall Street Journal reported that Israeli intelligence believes Iran moved thousands of centrifuges into Pickaxe last fall. Trump said the transfer “may have” occurred but added that the United States did not have it “on record.”

“Maybe this one they have right,” Trump said. “But it’s okay. It doesn’t mean anything unless they have the material.”

“We follow the material,” he added.

By “the material,” Trump was referring to Iran’s enriched uranium, including uranium gas that centrifuges can further enrich to weapons-grade levels.

Before the June 2025 attacks, the International Atomic Energy Agency had verified that Iran possessed 440.9 kilograms of uranium enriched to 60%, enough, if further enriched, for approximately 10 nuclear weapons under the agency’s standard measurement.

Most of the stockpile was believed to have been held at Isfahan, with additional material at Natanz and Fordow. Inspectors have since been unable to verify its amount, condition or present location.

The Institute for Science and International Security assesses that the material remains trapped at those three sites and does not believe enriched uranium has entered Pickaxe.

The administration has not said whether the United States independently corroborated the reported Israeli assessment, whether centrifuges are being stored or installed inside Pickaxe or whether nuclear material has entered the facility.

Storing centrifuges would not make Pickaxe an operational enrichment plant. The machines would have to be installed in connected cascades, linked to electrical, ventilation and piping systems and fed uranium gas.

Satellite imagery shows continued construction but no indication that Pickaxe is operational, according to the Washington-based institute. Images from February showed Iran adding concrete, rock and reinforced structures over tunnel portals in an apparent effort to harden them against airstrikes.

Analysts also observed smaller closed-roof vehicles near the entrances that could indicate Iran was outfitting the interior. The imagery could not establish what the vehicles carried.

Spencer Faragasso, a senior research fellow at the Institute for Science and International Security, said earlier U.S. and Israeli attacks prioritized Iran’s operating enrichment program. Based on what was understood about Pickaxe at the time, he said, there was “nothing of priority” inside that warranted expending valuable deep-penetrating weapons.

“The facility is still under construction, and it’s unlikely that a centrifuge plant is operating inside there,” Faragasso told Fox News Digital.

But Faragasso said centrifuges could have entered aboard covered trucks without being detected in commercial imagery, making the reported Israeli intelligence plausible but impossible for outside analysts to confirm.

The reported transfer could help explain Trump’s recent focus on Pickaxe, he said. The facility is also one of the last nuclear-related sites of its size that has not been struck.

Trump did not publicly name Pickaxe during the opening months of Operation Epic Fury. It entered his public rhetoric July 13, when conservative radio host Hugh Hewitt raised the facility during an interview.

Trump said American surveillance had detected no activity there but called Pickaxe a possible target for a “nice big fat shot right into the front door.”

At the end of the interview, Hewitt urged Trump to “go get Pickaxe Mountain.”

“We’re going to take out Pickaxe Mountain,” Trump replied. “Tell the Iranians to be ready.”

The White House could not be reached for comment for this story.

The administration has not explained whether the recent threats reflect new intelligence, an effort to deter Iran from activating the facility or a shift from destroying existing enrichment capacity to preventing Iran from rebuilding.

Whether the United States could destroy Pickaxe from the air remains disputed.

Nicole Grajewski, an assistant professor at Sciences Po and nonresident scholar in the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace’s Nuclear Policy Program, said it would be “very close to impossible” to destroy the facility through an air campaign like the one the United States carried out against Fordow.

Pickaxe is deeper and more heavily fortified, she said, and does not have a publicly confirmed structural weakness comparable to those exploited there.

Retired Air Force Brig. Gen. Robert Spalding, a former B-2 operations commander, said planners would first determine whether the mission required destroying Pickaxe’s interior or merely preventing Iran from using it.

“You assess what the goals are, and then you assess the costs associated with making something not fit for use — or destruction,” Spalding said.

If destroying the facility proved infeasible, he said, the U.S. could instead deny access and prevent Iran from bringing in the personnel and equipment needed to operate it.

The institute has identified two possible ventilation-shaft locations through satellite imagery, including one it considers probable. Without internal schematics, however, analysts cannot confirm their purpose or connection to the main chambers.

Faragasso said the shafts could provide weak points for deep-penetrating weapons, although the results of an attack might remain unclear.

“The facility is not invulnerable,” he said. “There are options.”

“At the minimum, the tunnel entrances can be collapsed,” Faragasso added, saying a strike could also send damaging shock waves into the facility.

Grajewski said collapsing the portals would prevent Iran from moving personnel or equipment in or out without first undertaking an excavation visible to American and Israeli surveillance. Any effort to reopen Pickaxe could trigger another strike.

But Iran has previously excavated entrances to missile tunnels after they were attacked, meaning keeping Pickaxe closed could require continued surveillance and repeated military action.

Grajewski said a strike could provide the U.S. with a “symbolic win” against one of Iran’s most prominent remaining nuclear-related facilities but would not eliminate the broader program.

“It is a very high-value facility,” she said. “But it’s not the entirety of the Iranian nuclear program.”
