9月25日（路透社）——TikTok及其中国母公司字节跳动已就相关指控与阿拉巴马州达成和解，指控称该平台被设计用来诱使儿童成瘾，且公司在平台安全性问题上误导消费者。这是该公司在全美应对同类索赔诉讼期间，首次与美国州级政府达成和解协议。
阿拉巴马州总检察长办公室周五表示，根据和解协议，阿拉巴马州将在45天内获得至少1亿美元赔偿，若满足特定条件，最高可获得3亿美元赔偿。

Sept 25 (Reuters) – TikTok and its Chinese parent company, ByteDance, have reached a settlement with Alabama over allegations they designed the platform to addict children and misled consumers about its safety, marking the company’s first deal with a state as it fights similar claims nationwide.
Under the settlement, Alabama will receive a minimum of $100 million, due to the state within 45 days, with the potential to receive up to $300 million if certain conditions are met, the Alabama Attorney General’s office said on Friday.
