DNI nominee Jay Clayton repeatedly refuses to answer who won the 2020 election
Georgia Sen. Jon Ossoff (D) pressed President Donald Trump’s nominee for director of national security, Jay Clayton, on whether Joe Biden won the presidential election in 2020 during his confirmation hearing on Wednesday. Clayton did say in earlier questioning by Senators that former President Joe Biden was certified as the president.
